Office Hours 5/16/18 – New Support Request Portal
Summary
We’re excited to offer all our customers an awesome new support portal for making and tracking support requests.
In addition to submitting tickets through this portal, you can also use the new support widget found on the Admin dashboard within the RideAmigos platform, or simply send an email to adminhelp@rideamigos.com.
If you have multiple people at your organization that you would like to see each others’ support requests in your support portal, please let us know (by submitting a ticket!) and we’ll turn it on for you.
