Our latest round of email updates collectively improve the security, reliability, and user-friendliness of our platform.

Check out the webinar video to learn more about new-user email confirmation, how it works, and how it helps make your site more secure. Note that email confirmation does not apply to new users created via SSO, API integration, or manually created by a manager.

We also do a deep dive into users with bouncing email addresses. Email bounces can have a detrimental effect on an entire app ecosystem, so we’re always working diligently to reduce the number of bouncing emails we send on our customers’ behalf.

In addition to the walk-through in the webinar we’ve also created a support article on how to identify and resolve users with bouncing emails.
