We’ll tour the Help Center and the new RideAmigos Academy to help you get the most out of your product support and enablement. After this session, you’ll know:
- how to find answers quickly in the Academy;
- all the ways to contact expert product support;
- how to escalate issues from end users;
- and where you can monitor the status of your ticket (and others from your organization).
As always, we will have product and program experts online to answer your questions live.
How to Participate
Office Hours are one of the ways RideAmigos gives Academy Members opportunities to work with our support staff and with each other. Real-time interaction on the webcast is limited to RideAmigos partners and administrators, but anyone can watch the recorded version later.
