Starting September 2018, RideAmigos will be rolling out some major style updates to our core platform.
To help you prepare, we’ve created a handy, side-by-side comparison of how each interface and tool will be impacted by these improvements.
Launch Timeline
Sept. 11, 2018 – All systems will be updated from ‘V1’ to ‘Legacy’ interface.
Platform administrators who wish to expedite the update from ‘Legacy’ to ‘V2’ should submit a ticket to turn on this platform feature. Any administrators that have already requested the update will be the first in line. New requests will be added to the queue in the order they are received.
As we work through this queue we will also begin the process of contacting site administrators about the specific upgrade timeline for your site. We may contact you about this update even if you have not explicitly requested to be added to the queue.
Oct. 31, 2018 – All remaining sites that have not opted to delay V2 update will be added to the update queue.
If you wish to delay your site’s update please submit a ticket ASAP. All delay requests must be received by Oct. 31. Maximum delay date is Dec. 31, 2018. After this date, all sites will be queued for transition to the new interface.
